About the job Biomass Officer **I. JOB PURPOSE**: Sourcing and supplying sufficient biomasses in agreed quality to meet with manufacturing requirements, contribute to TSR and reduce thermal energy cost. **II. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**: - 1. Rice husk (RH) sourcing to fulfill demand of plant or terminals with efficient cost_ - Sources mapping - Assessing suppliers cost - Follow up supplier s delivery. - Monitoring suppliers history - RH market monitoring and report (price, seasonality, competitor, volume...) - Propose for re-acting with market change. - Working with cross functions to ensure the buying activities to comply with procurement procedure - Satisfy internal customers requirement (quality of AF/biomass, GAV, time, cost) - 2. Biomass and others AF sourcing to develop new opportunities of using new kind of biomass to increase TSR and GAV and supply biomass to meet with internals demand to reduce cost_ - Study new biomass and others AF - Supply biomass - Sources mapping - Assessing suppliers cost - Market monitoring (price, seasonality, competitor, volume) - Assessing opportunities (GAV) timely as its seasonality - Working with cross functions to ensure the buying activities to comply with procurement procedure - Propose for re-acting with market change - Timely update to plant/terminals - Vol: based on demand - 3. OHS responsibilities as spelt out in the procedure OHS-PR-12_ To comply with the term 6.4 Supervisor/ Technician/ Shift Group Leader of OHS-PR-12_The Regulation Of Insee For Responsibilities And Accountabilities Of Employees In OH&S (to be updated). REQUIREMENTS**: + College graduated **+**Minimum 01 years working experience for the same scope, preferably in a multinational company + Willing to travel and do field visits + English (TOEIC >400) + MS Office + Customer focus Communication + Lead for performance Analysis & Problem solving + Support actions, change & innovation, proactive + Independent and pro-active working style **IV.
