- Record and report free of charge service and tickets to the director and business manager
- Keep music and media on during service time
- Manage daily opening/closing
- Propose ideas to director to improve service and business
- Hiring, training, and managing food and beverage/service staffs
- Assist with marketing events.

**Kinh nghiệm / Kỹ năng chi tiết**:

- Over 2-year experience as F&B team member in 5-star hotel
- Over 1 year experience as a F&B manager of lounge/bar/club/restaurant
- Over 25 years old, Vietnamese
- Strong knowledge about F&B industry and hotel/lounge/bar management
- Fluent in Vietnamese and English (writing and speaking)
- Excellent leadership, communication, sales, customer service and analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Pos machine
- Good organizational skills.
- Ability to adhere to budgets and meet financial targets.
- The ability to work under pressure and handle stress.
- Must be responsible and have interest in culture/art/entertainment.
- Previous experience in luxury environment is PREFERABLE
- A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality/Hotel & Tourism/Business, or related field is PREFERABLE.
