Currently, we are looking for IT Senior Developers working at Ho Chi Minh Head Office as follows:
POSITION OVERVIEW:

- Job position: IT Senior Developer.
- Location: Ho Chi Minh Head Office.
- Quantity: 1-2 people.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

- Implementation/Developing: Lead clients through the implementation/developing of ERP/Accounting software solutions, ensuring that all aspects of the setup are tailored to meet their specific needs.
- Training: Provide comprehensive training to clients on the software's features, functionalities, and best practices.
- Communication: Ensure timely and clear communication with customers, both internal and external, throughout the implementation and support processes.
- Issue Management: Prioritize and manage reported customer issues, escalating them as necessary to ensure a quick resolution.
- Task Management: Complete other tasks and assignments as directed by the company, adapting to new challenges and technologies as required.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve server-related issues, providing support to other IT staff and end-users as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years’ experience in ERP/Accounting/HR software implementation, customer support, or a related role.

Preferably have experience in implementing Accounting software such as FAST, BRAVO, MISA,.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects.
