**Key Responsibilities**:
**Operational Leadership**:

- Oversee and manage freight forwarding operations, ensuring the timely and cost-effective delivery of services.
- Ensure the smooth execution of Sea and Air Freight processes, optimizing routes, and managing relationships with carriers and vendors.
- Continuously monitor and improve operational efficiency while ensuring compliance with international regulations and standards.

**P&L Management**:

- Take full ownership of the division's Profit and Loss (P&L), including setting and achieving financial targets.
- Analyze financial reports, identify opportunities for cost reduction, and maximize revenue generation.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to drive profitability while ensuring high-quality service delivery.

**Sales & Business Development**:

- Lead and support the sales team in identifying and securing new business opportunities in Sea and Air Freight services.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Drive growth by developing and executing sales strategies, enhancing customer satisfaction, and identifying new revenue streams.

**Team Building & Leadership**:

- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team within the freight forwarding division.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence, ensuring team alignment with company goals.
- Oversee recruitment, training, and development of team members to ensure a highly skilled and motivated workforce.

**Strategic Planning & Reporting**:

- Develop long-term strategic plans to improve operational performance and grow the division.
- Prepare and present regular reports to senior management regarding performance, progress against targets, and market trends.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 10 years in Freight Forwarding Operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record in sales experience related to Sea and Air Freight services.
- Strong experience in managing P&L responsibilities, with an understanding of financial performance drivers.
- Demonstrated success in team-building and leadership, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

**Skills**:

- In-depth knowledge of Freight Forwarding, Supply Chain Management, and Logistics operations.
- Strong business acumen, analytical abilities, and financial management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to drive results in a competitive and fast-paced industries

Pay: 120,000,000₫ - 160,000,000₫ per month
