HR Generalist

**WHAT YOU WILL INVOLVE**
- Carry out the recruitment of personnel in accordance with the needs of the company in each period.
- Follow up, do jobs related to human resource management: contract, attendance, salary, social insurance, personnel, benefits, union...
- Maintain strong employee relations/experience & build a positive working environment.
- Serve as a warm and approachable point of contact for staff, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Assist with other tasks when required.

**WHAT WE NEED YOU HAVE**
- Having knowledge of Labour, social insurance laws, regulations, practices.
- 2+ years of relevant work experience in HR, recruiter role.
- Good command of English
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
