**Job description**:
**If you’re looking to be a part of a dynamic, highly-collaborative team passionate about Agile delivery, look no further.**
- As a **Scrum Master**, you will play a key role in fostering Agile principles, ensuring team performance, and removing impediments that slow down progress. You’ll work closely with cross-functional squads to deliver high-quality digital products (mobile app, web app, and backend systems), while guiding the teams in continuously improving their ways of working. As a servant leader, you’ll enable the team to focus on delivering business value, align efforts with stakeholders' goals, and ensure delivery is timely and effective.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure Agile best practices are followed to deliver iterative, incremental product releases.
- Support and coach the development team to become self-organizing and high-performing.
- Identify and eliminate blockers, enabling the team to maintain a sustainable pace and high quality.
- Act as the bridge between product owners and developers to ensure alignment on scope, priorities, and delivery expectations.
- Promote continuous improvement and drive initiatives to improve team velocity, transparency, and collaboration.
- Track progress and communicate delivery status, risks, and dependencies to leadership and stakeholders.

**Job requirement**:

- Background in Computer Science, Engineering. Master’s degree is a plus
- Experience in IT/Internet/Software field with experience working with both Developers and Non-Dev colleagues
- Have the technical knowledge to understand the requirement, architecture, and to work with multiple teams
- Experience working as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master or Agile delivery lead
- Solid organization, leadership, team-building, and mentorship experience
- Good at English and are a confident communicator
