Here in the Vietnam

In the Vietnam, Pernod Ricard is leader of Whisky brands (you may know some such as Chivas, Ballantine’s, Royal Salute and distributes hundreds of imported wonderful products covering large portfolio of wines and spirits). We also have local brands produced in Vietnam.

Your role

This role is responsible for piloting the P&L and Cash of Vietnam and Cambodia guiding to the long and short term financial objective achievements. He/she will also in charge of Cambodia business key contact, Vietnam Operation Excellence, cost controlling (logistics, production, general cost) and VAS profit

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Budgeting/Forecasting:

- Contribute to forecasting cycles for P&L and Cash to ensure timely and accurate submission
- Help coordinate with Business Partner (Cambodia customer, Singapore supplier, Vietnam all business partners: Logistics, Commercial Finance, Operations, Accounting...) to pilot the full P&L - analyze ratio and variance vs to PY/R&O/Rolling Forecast with qualitative comment on key drivers.
- Help assure the reporting schedule - liaise with HQ on reporting timeline - coordinate with team to set the timeline review and details to be filled, follow up & ensure submitting timely & accurately.
- Coordinate with team to ensure data uploading is done & consolidate correctly.
- Monitor the key financial metrics of the company

2. Reporting:

- Contribute in reporting presentations to management (monthly/quarterly/ad-hoc)
- Consolidate report for Management Cluster (VN- CAM) for P&L and Cash.

3. Finance transformation:

- Bring support to various finance transformation projects led with Transformation Team.

4. Operations analysis:

- Monthly review with Cambodia customer for business insights and Singapore for supply
- Coordinate with Vietnam3rd party of co-packer and logistics to manage Supply Chain, Logistics, and Production cost
- Work closely with Logistics, Production, Accounting and Backoffice to provide relevant analysis with finance contribution to facilitate decision-making in the scope.
- Transfer Price setting & price setting for internal consumption/events.
- Structure cost analysis (SG&A and Other income/expenses)
- Occasional dashboard update (Power BI)
- Other ad hoc analysis required for business.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
Education & Experience
- 2-3 years of relevant finance experience (Management Trainee, Big 4 audit, corporate)
- Fluent English and Vietnamese in read, write and communication.
- Excellent computer skills and MS Office skills
- Power BI development skill is a plus.
