**Mô tả công việc**:
(Mức lương: 16 - 20 triệu VNĐ)
- Quản lý, phân công công việc, tham gia đào tạo, nâng cao kỹ năng cho các nhân viên QC.
- Triển khai các thủ tục chứng nhận hợp chuẩn/hợp quy cho toàn bộ sản phẩm của nhà máy.
- Thiết lập và cập nhật kế hoạch kiểm soát chất lượng từ nguyên vật liệu đầu vào đến thành phẩm đầu ra trong nhà máy.
- Thực hiện kiểm tra chất lượng nguyên liệu đầu vào, khiếu nại nhà cung cấp các vấn đề chất lượng của nguyên vật liệu.
- Thiết lập, duy trì các phương pháp kiểm tra và tiêu chuẩn cho từng bước quy trình.
- Phối hợp với bộ phận sản xuất triển khai hiển thị, trực quan hóa các tiêu chuẩn chất lượng tại các vị trí kiểm tra, test mẫu.
- Cùng các team: CS, kỹ thuật, Sale đi xử lý các khiếu nại của khách hàng để hiểu nhu cầu và đề xuất các phương án cải thiện chất lượng sản phẩm.
- Thực hiện đánh giá chất lượng sản phẩm của nhà máy so với các đối thủ cạnh tranh hàng tháng/quý.
- Tham gia đào tạo, nâng cao kỹ năng cho các nhân viên QC & các nhân viên mới

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Đại Học

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Tốt nghiệp đại học trở lên các chuyên ngành kỹ thuật, ưu tiên chuyên ngành hóa học.
- 3 năm kinh nghiệm thực tế về quản lý chất lượng tại các nhà máy sản xuất.
- Hiểu biết về ISO, đánh giá nội bộ.
- Các quy trình về hợp chuẩn/hợp quy.
- Sử dụng được tiếng Anh, vi tính văn phòng thành thạo trong công việc.
