MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
To have a complete understanding of the cleaning procedures and do accordingly and adhering to the hotel and housekeeping department rules and regulations.
To ensure the standards of cleanliness and orderliness of the working areas.
To handle equipment, keys and supplies in proper way.
To have a complete understanding of the room status, completing the information on the worksheet assignment and the different cleaning products and use them properly and economically.
To report to the housekeeping supervisor any unusual incidents, complaints, missing or damaged hotel property immediately.
To continuously study and evaluate the operation of housekeeping and suggest improvements to the Executive Housekeeper.
To be flexible and extend job duties to carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities within the job capability as assigned to meet business demands and guest service needs.
