- Check fridge and working area thoroughly to avoid spoilage.
- Check food items prepared by his subordinates and correct any mistakes immediately.
- Alert in energy saving.
- Has knowledge of all bakery items concerning ingredients, bakery techniques and preparation.
- Continuously create new showpieces made out of bread dough.
- Ensures production and quality to establishment standards.
