- To support the Retail Department in all retail activities, so as to achieve timely and accurate execution of tasks and thus meet retail objectives.
- Responsible for communicating and transmitting information that is to be communicated to and from the department disseminated and delivered immediately.
- Assist in liaising activities such as preparing relevant business letters and follow-up matters with business associates, business counterparts, complex management and landlords.
- Coordinate all retail activities and operation matters for existing shops and new shop openings.
- Update monthly sales reports for the Management or whenever necessary.
- Assist and participate in Company's events and carry out any related duties as and when required by the Management.
- Ensure all business documents are filed systematically and promptly.
- Social media support : Facebook & Forum Seeding.

- Annual duty:

- Assist and participate in company events, particularly Retail and promotional activities, such as shop openings, workshops, mall events, marketing events, values campaigns, and carry out any related duties as and when required by the management. This includes sales, merchandising and promotional work at the various venues.
- Also, periodically carry out duties to assist on the shop floor, to gain more experience, to help during merchandising work, busy times or when staff are needed.

- Those experienced in handling administrative duties in the retail industry will have added advantage.
- Must be well versed with Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Must have strong communication and analytical skills.
- Responsible and outspoken with positive attitude.
- Able to communicate and write well in English.
- Independent, able to travel as and when needed.
