**About the role**

Ecommerce customer service specialists are responsible for handling inquiries, complaints, and other issues from customers who have purchased products or services online.

**1. Key Responsibilities**
- Research product details or company policies to answer questions
- Process orders, including collecting shipping information and processing payments
- Provide information about products and services including pricing, availability, delivery options, and order status- Respond to questions about products, shipping, returns, exchanges, and other topics
- Provide customer service and troubleshooting issues with various ecommerce platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, Tiki, etc.
- Answer questions about products, shipping rates, billing issues, return policies, etc.
- Create and maintaining records of customer interactions with the company or its affiliates
- Handle returns, exchanges, and other customer service issues related to online purchases.
- Escalate customer queries and concerns where appropriate.
- Partner with team and other departments to provide appropriate solutions.

**2. Key Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in terms of customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail and grammar
- Strong data entry/typing skills- Good judgment and decision-making in accordance with policies and procedures
- Well-rounded technology capability and reliable internet connection to ensure all systems, both hardware and software, are functioning properly
- Access to a dedicated, quiet workspace.
