- Responsible for ensuring the individual QC requirements are kept according to PWW and/or any other given information for the order. Assist Technical Dept to solve operational problems in VN to acceptable QC standards. Coordinate Internal and External QA/QC teams
- Ensure ongoing training and development of all QC staffs, to maintain order Quality standards in the manufactures
- Maintain and ensure any standard (ISO, BV, etc.) applied by F&T, L&F is implemented, updated and followed by the QC team
- Ensure daily QC reports are done. Report all the fabric & trims issues at factory to company
- Check all the samples if they are met paper work/buyer’s comment before sending to buyer.
- Check fabric defect, material defect, sample ( FIT/ PP / TOP) and report to company before sending to buyer.
- Ensure Final AQL reports are made for all exported orders before shipment

Hỗ trợ Phòng kỹ thuật giải quyết vấn đề điều hành tại Việt Nam theo tiêu chuẩn kiểm tra chất lượng hàng hóa được chấp nhận. Phối hợp các đội ngũ QA / QC nội bộ và bên ngoài
- Đảm bảo đào tạo liên tục và phát triển nhân viên kiểm tra chất lượng, để duy trì các tiêu chuẩn chất lượng đơn hàng tại các nhà máy
- Duy trì và đảm bảo tiêu chuẩn (ISO, BV.v.v ) áp dụng bởi F&T, L&F đã được thực hiện, cập nhật và theo dõi bởi đội ngũ QC
- Đảm bảo thực hiện các báo cáo kiểm tra chất lượng hàng ngày. Báo cáo các vấn đề phát sinh về vải & phụ liệu của nhà máy cho công ty
- Kiểm tra tất cả các loại mẫu xem có đúng với paperwork/góp ý của khách hàng trước khi gửi mẫu đi.
- Kiểm tra lỗi vải, phụ liệu và các mẫu ( FIT/ PP / TOP) và báo cáo cho công ty trước khi gửi mẫu đi.
- Đảm bảo các báo cáo kiểm hàng AQL cuối cùng được thực hiện đối với tất cả các đơn hàng xuất khẩu trước khi xuất hàng
- Các nhiệm vụ khác theo sự phân công của công ty

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- At least 5years as a QC in GARMENT FIELD.
- Familiar with QC & issue reporting for Senior management
- Good at using computer (Microsoft Office/outlook)
- Pro-active, motivated, enthusiastic, hard working
- Willing to travel
- From 27 to 40 years old- Có ít nhất 5năm làm nhân viên QC trong lĩnh vực may mặc
- Thường xuyên gửi báo cáo kiểm tra chất lượng & vấn đề phát sinh cho quản lý cấp cao.
- Thành thạo vi tính văn phòng
- Năng động, tận tụy, nhiệt tình, làm việc chăm chỉ
- Sẵn sàng đi công tác tỉnh
- Tuổi từ 27 ~ 40
