**Mô tả công việc**:
(Mức lương: Thỏa thuận)
- Providing Food & Beverage Service to customers to experience the best satisfaction.
- Ensure services such as maintaining cleanliness, table setting, customer service, ordering and food setting according to SOP.
- Supervise / direct the work of waiter / waitress to maintain the best service quality.
- Minimize customer complaints by responding promptly to customer complaints and requests.
- Deliver daily briefings and attend other Food and Beverage meetings as required.
- Prepares for service by ensuring the department’s:

- Equipment is clean.
- Requirements for special occasions are ready.
- Outlet is ready for service and guest comfort.
- Carries out effective service by ensuring all ambassadors are aware of their role in:

- Greeting and seating guests.
- Explaining and up-selling daily beverage specials.
- Processing food orders accurately.
- Ensuring payment methods are handled accurately.
- Ensuring working areas are cleaned and re-set quickly.
- Ensuring the outlet / bar is clean.
- Carry out effective beverage service by ensuring:

- Beverages are up-sold and regularly replenished, abiding by alcohol service regulations
- Converse with guests about beverages, advise, take order and serve.
- Making and presenting cocktails
- Conduct spot checks in the bar to ensure proper pouring, cleanliness and stock control
- Facilitating/ Giảng dạy:

- Support facilitators on preparing all materials, equipment, good ordering for practicing class.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- At least 01 years of related experience, including supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Good communication and writing skills in English
- Problem solving, motivating, organizational and training abilities.
- Leadership skills
- 4 or 5 star or upscale restaurant experiences are preferred.
