**MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC**:
LBM is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Solution Trainer. As a trainer, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive training sessions to educate our internal sales executives as well as external clients on the features and functionality of our software solutions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver training programs to internal sales team on the effective use of our software solutions.
- Conduct in-person or virtual training sessions, ensuring participants are equipped with the knowledge and skills to maximize the software's capabilities.
- Collaborate with the Solution team to stay updated on the latest product features, enhancements, and updates.
- Research and translate training material handed from the Regional Training team (English to Vietnamese).
- Create and maintain training materials such as user manuals, presentations, and reference guides.
- Customize training sessions based on the specific needs and requirements of different cases.
- Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients post-training, addressing any software-related questions or concerns.
- Continuously evaluate and improve training programs to enhance the learning experience for clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments related to software solutions, incorporating relevant knowledge into training programs.

- Lương net: 15.000.000 - 20.000.000đ/tháng (Thương lượng)
- Phụ cấp điện thoại
- Có thể có thưởng cuối năm tùy theo kết quả thực hiện công việc/ tình hình kinh doanh của công ty
- Lương tháng 13

- Có công tác phí nếu đi đào tạo ở khu vực xa: tiền vé máy bay, khách sạn, ăn uống,
- Thử việc 2 tháng hưởng 85% lương cơ bản
- Được tham gia chế độ bảo hiểm đầy đủ theo luật lao động

**YÊU CẦU**:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- Male from 25-32 years old.
- Fluency in English (Excellent speaking and written communication skills in English) and strong with IT background
- Prior experience as a software trainer or in a similar training role is preferred.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong research skills to learn the software solutions and localize the training material.
- Ability to adapt to different learning styles and customize training materials to meet internal needs.
- Willingness to travel to client sites, or company branches for training if required (minimum once every 2 months).
