**What You’ll Do**:

- Create Commercial-Grade Social Media Videos: Plan, film, and edit videos tailored for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Live Film Shoots: Direct and capture high-quality footage, ensuring every shot tells a story.
- Model Selection and Coaching: Select and guide models to deliver outstanding performances that resonate with audiences.
- Script Writing: Develop creative and persuasive scripts that make videos pop and connect with viewers.

- Experience: 3+ years in video production, especially for social media content, with a portfolio showcasing your best work.

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in DSLR cameras (Canon/Sony), Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and graphic design tools.
- Model Direction: Ability to coach models for on-screen success.

- Language Skills: Strong communication in Vietnamese, with English fluency as a plus.
