Financial Analyst

**Mô tả công việc**:
(Mức lương: Thỏa thuận)

- Budgeting and cash flow forecast.
- Quarterly PATMI forecast.
- Project costings.
- Submit the Model to the supervisors.
- Adjust the Model to meet the supervisors’ requirements.
- To assist with preparing the Board Paper for new projects or other issues.
- To assist to prepare documentation of treasury issues such as financing, fixed deposit, mortgage
- Prepare the Financial Model for the new projects.
- Supporting FIN team in quarterly, yearly audits.
- Assisting in other general works of Finance Department.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
1. Knowledge:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance, or a related field.
- At least 2 year of experience in project financial analysis and related tasks.

2. Skills:

- Good communication in Vietnamese and English.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Accounting Software.
- Good understanding of tax laws, regulations and VAS.

3. Qualities:

- Be careful, flexible, sense of responsibility, detailed eyes with numbers and analysis.
- Be open mind, willing to learn and improve jobs, processes, skills.
