Key responsibilities:

- Assist the engagement team, based on instructions and guidance, to provide excellent and high-quality M&A Tax services to our clients, including but not limited to:

- Prepare proposal/engagement letters to provide M&A Tax services to clients
- Assist in M&A deals from a Vietnam tax perspective (e.g. tax due diligence, tax structuring, tax modeling, SPA review and related assistance)
- Build up and maintain client relationships where appropriate
- Provide administrative support for the engagement teams
- Assist in risk management’s activities to comply with the firm’s policies
- Coordinate with team members to successfully deliver value in M&A Tax services to our clients
- Stay up-to-date on applicable tax regulations and best practices in Vietnamese taxes and attend required trainings applicable to the team
- Other ad hoc duties as required
