For our division Industry, we are looking for a Senior Utilities System Engineer to assist the Belgian Team in the preparation of the projects.

1. Job Description and responsibilities
- Responsible for design (Concept / Basic / Detail) of the utility system, cooling systems, steam, compressed air, gasses and vacuum systems etc.
- Preparation of Concept Document related to all Black Utility Systems
- Define and agree (alongside suite team leads and the project manager) the physical and procedural scope and scope boundaries, within the facility footprint.
- Facilitate engineering and user requirements for the utility systems.
- Write and/or approve any document related to her/his domain of expertise (performance requirements, design specifications, load calculations, process flow diagrams, process and instrumentation diagrams, budget estimate,...)
- Preparation of technical specification of each utility system
- Coordination of Design Equipment Layout, Piping Layout
- Coordination of preparation of GA Drawings, Piping Isometrics, Support Drawings with Bill of Material
- Ensure relevant technologies fit with purpose.
- Coordinate with other engineering disciplines and project team functions to assist in managing engineering execution and project management deliverable
- Other duties upon request

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
1. We are looking for:

- BEng or BSc in any engineering or technology related discipline
- At least 5years of experience in a similar role in industry projects
- Experience within pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical projects is a plus
- Experience of BMS & EMS system is a plus
- Demonstrated capability proficiency in AutoCAD 2013 Civil 3D Revit MS Project
- Working knowledge of FDA and EU regulations (preferred).
- Knowledge of industrial electricity and clean utilities is a plus
- Confident in the communication in English
- High level of initiative combined with strong demonstrated interpersonal skills
- Team player, autonomous and solution-focused
- Experience with supervising and coaching junior engineers.
