- Keep track and book accounting entries for payments to vendors, and assets management.
- File documents (contracts, invoices ) once the process is done.
- Other ad-hoc reports required by the supervisor.
- Additional information will be exchanged in the interview.

**Qualifications**
- ** For fresh graduates or 4th-year students majoring in Accounting/ Finance.**:

- ** At least 06-month full-time/ part-time internship.**:

- ** Able to work full time at least 4 days/ week (in which at least 1 day on-site).**:

- Interested in the Account Payable function.
- Good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
- Honest, proactive, organized, and highly responsible.
