- Chào và đón khách

Greet and welcome guests
- Hướng dẫn và làm thủ tục cho khách vào tòa nhà

Do the guidance and registration for guests entering building
- Trả lời, sàng lọc và chuyển tiếp cuộc gọi đến

Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Hỗ trợ các vấn đề về “vật phẩm thất lạc và tìm thấy” Assist in “Lost and Found” activities
- Quản lý khu vực lễ tân gọn gàng và trang nhã, với tất cả văn phòng phẩm và tài liệu cần thiết (ví dụ: bút, biểu mẫu và tài liệu quảng cáo)

Maintain the reception area tidily and presentably, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g., pens, forms, and brochures)
- Quan sát khu vực sảnh chính để đảm bảo vệ sinh và các tiện ích/ thiết bị trong tính trạng hoạt động tốt

Oversee main lobby to ensure the cleanliness and facilities/equipment are in order and in good condition
- Cung cấp thông tin cơ bản và chính xác trực tiếp và qua điện thoại / thư điện tử
- Nhận, sắp xếp và phân phối thư / chuyển phát hàng ngày

Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Ghi nhận, báo cáo và theo dõi những phản ảnh từ khách thuê với các bộ phận liên quan

Record, report and follow up feedbacks from tenants with the relevant departments
- Duy trì an ninh văn phòng bằng cách tuân theo các quy trình an toàn và kiểm soát việc ra vào quầy lễ tân (nhật ký giám sát)

Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access the reception counter (monitor logbook)
- Cài đặt quyền ra vào cho các thẻ của khách thuê theo sự phê duyệt của Ban quản lý Tòa nhà

Set access for tenants’ card upon the Building Management’s approval
- Thực hiện các công việc khác được phân công theo yêu cầu của người giám sát Perform other assignments as requested by superiors
