MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
**1. Manage concierge department**:
₋ Oversee and manage the Concierge team, ensuring high standards of customer service.
₋ Organize, assign tasks, and create schedules for team members.
**2. Handle guest mail and parcels**:
₋ Receive and secure parcels and letters addressed to guests.
₋ Either distribute the mail directly or assign team members to deliver, ensuring it reaches the right recipient.
₋ Assist with forwarding mail if guests are not available or have departed.
**3. Manage and lend hotel equipment**:
₋ Inspect items before lending to guests and ensure they are in good condition.
₋ Inform guests of any rental fees and provide usage instructions if needed.
₋ Keep thorough records of items lent for easy tracking upon check-out.
**4. Provide tourist information and tour arrangements**:
₋ Provide guests with information on tourist sites and recommend tours.
₋ Make bookings for tours and tickets as requested by guests.
₋ Guide guests on available services like Gym, Spa, and F&B within the hotel.
**5. Coordinate guest transportation**:
₋ Arrange pick-up services, taxi bookings, and car rentals for guest convenience.
₋ Receive feedback and forward to relevant departments for prompt action.
**6. Technical support and issue resolution**:
₋ Assist guests with equipment and device issues or contact the technical team for swift resolution.
**7. Guest wake-up calls**:
₋ Take wake-up requests from guests, confirming room details and setting system alerts.
₋ Forward manual wake-up call requests to the switchboard team if necessary.
**8. Assist bellman and doorman departments**:
₋ Coordinate with Bellman to handle and transport guest luggage.
₋ Guide guests to the reception area for check-in and check-out.
₋ Assist with luggage relocation if guests change rooms.
9. Perform other tasks as requested by superiors.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
**Educational background**: College
**Major**: Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
**Certification if any**: Professional Concierge certification is an advantage
**Foreign language - English**: English fluency
At least 3 years of experience in a Concierge position within the hospitality industry, preferably in a 5-star hotel
Excellent communication skills, with a proactive and flexible approach to problem-solving.
Financial management skills and ability to optimize operating costs.

Building and engaging teams;
Initiating innovation.
