**About This Role**

**The Senior E-commerce & Performance Executive will take ownership of online business performance across multiple platforms (Shopee, TikTok Shop, Website). This role requires a hybrid mindset - data-driven performance marketing and hands-on e-commerce operations - to achieve ambitious revenue and ROI targets.**

**You will**:
**Manage sales performance, promotions, media investment, and ROI optimization.**

**Lead e-commerce merchandising, campaign execution, and paid ads strategy.**

**Align product visibility, creative content, and media assets with brand direction.**

**Inspire a small team and work cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and operations.**

**Key Responsibilities**

**Business & Growth Strategy**

**Develop and execute e-commerce business plans across Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Website.**

**Lead sales planning with ROI optimization in promotions (pricing, vouchers, gifting, bundles) and paid media (Meta, TikTok, Google, in-platform ads).**

**Forecast sales by SKU, build sales scenarios, and align with inventory planning.**

**E-commerce Operations**

**Manage daily sales tracking, product performance, and ensure visibility on each channel.**

**Collaborate with platform partners to maximize growth opportunities (campaigns, mega-sales, traffic tools, affiliate programs, livestreams).**

**Ensure smooth operations of campaign activities with internal and external stakeholders.**

**Performance Marketing**

**Plan, launch, and optimize ads campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, Shopee/TikTok Ads.**

**Monitor key performance metrics (CTR, CR, AOV, CPA, ROAS, GMV) and take corrective action to hit targets.**

**Conduct A/B testing (creative, targeting, offer) to scale winners.**

**Optimize budget allocation across channels to ensure maximum ROI.**

**Analytics & Reporting**

**Build measurable objectives and systematic trackers for performance monitoring.**

**Analyze data to generate actionable insights and continuous improvement plans.**

**Prepare weekly/monthly reports on Ads Performance, SKU Performance, and Sales Growth.**

**Leadership & Collaboration**

**Lead, mentor, and inspire a small team (executives/interns).**

**Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency and trend relevance.**

**Report directly to senior management with strategic recommendations.**

**Requirements**:
**2-4 years of experience in e-commerce and performance marketing, ideally with proven track record on Shopee, TikTok Shop, and paid media campaigns.**

**Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads) and e-commerce operations (Shopee/TikTok Seller Center, Shopify/Haravan/WordPress).**

**Experience in managing large budgets (USD 30,000+/month) and delivering strong ROI.**

**Solid knowledge of key metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CR, GMV, AOV).**

**Excellent analytical skills and ability to turn data into execution plans.**

**Strong leadership and communication skills; able to work cross-functionally.**
