MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
The Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and implementing strategic sales initiatives for the night club. This role focuses on attracting and retaining high-value clientele, maximizing event bookings, and fostering strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and VIP guests. The Sales Manager will lead a team, manage sales targets, and ensure exceptional customer service to enhance the club's reputation and profitability.
I. Chức năng và nhiệm vụ chính/ Job duties and responsibilities:

- Responsibilities:
**Sales Strategy and Development**:
Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, including corporate events, private parties, and VIP table bookings.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential growth areas.
Create and manage sales promotions and packages to attract new customers and incentivize repeat business.
- Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and VIP guests.
Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the booking and event execution process.
Address client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
Develop and maintain a CRM system to track client interactions and sales activities.
- Event Management and Coordination:
Coordinate and manage event bookings, including contract negotiations, logistics, and execution.
Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless event delivery.
Oversee the setup and execution of private events and VIP table services.
Ensure all events meet or exceed client expectations.
- Team Leadership and Management:
Recruit, train, and manage a sales team to achieve sales targets.
Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to enhance their sales skills and performance.
Set performance goals and conduct regular performance evaluations.
Motivate and inspire the team to achieve and exceed sales objectives.
- Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.
Analyze sales data and identify trends to optimize sales strategies.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
Manage sales budgets and track expenses.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
Proven track record of success in sales management, preferably in the hospitality, entertainment, or nightlife industry.
Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Experience in event management and coordination.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Knowledge of the local night life, and experience with VIP clientelle is highly valued.
Ability to work in a fast paced high pressure environment.
