Account Trainee

**Account Trainee (SME)**:

**Objectives**:
We are looking for a smart, ambitious and goal-oriented Account Trainee who is able to establish good relationships with clients, constantly oversee & manage campaigns and inspire others to strive to keep the project the collective & individual good.

**Project management**:

- Project management from the beginning to the end of a project with a mentor.
- Participate in the process of making proposals.
- Work with clients and internal teams to prepare paperworks to launch and liquidate the projects.
- Support mentor in paperwork, update and report data for multi-projects with clients.

**Coordinating & supporting**:

- Coordinate and support other team members within and outside the SME team when needed.

**Client leadership**:

- Assist in building and developing strong relationships with clients team through the proposal & implementation process, ensuring that the solutions we develop meet client needs : The relationship building is from lead to manager level of client
- Provide professional support to maximize customer loyalty

**Job Requirements**:
**Skills & Knowledge & Qualification**
- Able to work full-time in 3 months, no working experience required. Fresh graduate is highly prioritized
- English at intermediate level (TOEIC over 500)
- Self-motivated, can-do attitude, bring optimistic and positive energy to the team
- Fast self-learning, growth mindset
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good at analytical skills, problem-solving skills & critical thinking
- Laptop to work
