**You Are**:
**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Developing CMOS special memories such as TCAM, BCAM, multi-port SRAM and MRAM, RRAM
- Designing architecture and circuit implementation, focusing on ultra-high speed, ultra-low power, or high-density design portfolios.
- Performing schematic entry, circuit simulation, layout planning, layout supervision, design verification, and validation.
- Interfacing with CAD and Frontend engineers for memory compiler automation, EDA model generation, and full verification flow.
- Performing bitcell development and verification and driving physical layout design and verification.
- Providing support and/or performing other duties as assigned and required.

**What You’ll Need**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication, or related fields.
- 3+ years of experience in embedded CMOS memory development at advanced technology nodes.
- Hands-on experience with embedded memory design flow, including architecture, circuit design, physical implementation, compiler automation, characterization, timing, and model generation.
- Proficiency in bitcell design, failure analysis, memory testing methodology, and strong data analysis skills.
- Expertise in CMOS memory design, circuit simulation, memory layout designs, layout parasitic extraction, and knowledge of layout verification tools and debugging techniques.
