**Job description**:

- Lead and develop web/app systems using PHP (Laravel, Symfony, etc.).
- Build and optimize the backend with Node.js when required.
- Design and develop APIs (RESTful, GraphQL) to support frontend and other systems.
- Work with MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB and optimize query performance.
- Assist with frontend development using Vue.js/React.js (Vue.js preferred).
- Propose and implement technical solutions to ensure system performance, security, and scalability.
- Participate in European & U.S. market projects, working directly with international clients.
- Mentor and guide team members to enhance product quality.

**Your skills and experience**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in web/app development using PHP (Laravel preferred).
- At least 2 years of experience as a Technical Lead or a key contributor to projects.
- Proficiency in Node.js (Express/NestJS preferred).
- Experience with microservices architecture and API Gateway.
- Strong understanding of SOLID principles, system architecture, security, and performance optimization.
- Proficiency in AWS/GCP, Docker, CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with search technologies (Elasticsearch) or message brokers (RabbitMQ, Kafka) is a plus.
- Familiarity with XP techniques (pair programming, TDD) is a plus.

- Good English or experience working with international clients.
- Ability to communicate, discuss requirements, and collaborate with European & U.S. clients.
