**WHAT YOU'LL DO**
- Conduct regular category research and analysis to develop the assortment within the food, wine & other categories. Propose listing/delisting items or suppliers to meet category KPIs
- Continuously review the product category mix to ensure alignment with customer needs and preferences, striving for full customer satisfaction at all times.
- Manage relationships with suppliers regarding trading terms, marketing activations, and trading income.
- Negotiate with suppliers to optimize merchandise roles, focusing on contracts, assortment, pricing, promotions, and distribution.
- Monitor product category performance, including pricing, promotion effectiveness, product assortment, and product quality. Generate necessary reports as required.
- Coordinate across departments regarding stock management and product exposure.
- Supervise the supply base to maximize sales and profitability.
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
- Stay updated with market trends and contribute to innovation and excitement within the product range.
- Develop import assortments that provide a competitive advantage in the Vietnamese market.
- Design and implement merchandising plano grams to optimize space allocation.

**WHAT'S IDEAL TO US**
- Bachelor's degree in Logistic Supply chain, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in merchandising, preferably within the food and wine industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate across departments and work effectively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with market trends and a passion for delivering innovative products to customers.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluency in Vietnamese and English languages preferred.
- Prior experience in retail or FMCG sectors is advantageous
