Your job is to ensure that sellers’ products and legal documents on the e-commerce platform fully comply with legal regulations, platform policies, and internal quality standards — thereby maintaining a transparent, safe, and trustworthy business environment for consumers.

**What you will do**:

- **Seller Legal Document Verification**:

- Receive, review, and validate business licenses and relevant certifications (e.g., business registration, product declaration, food safety certificate, pharmaceutical/cosmetic permits, etc.);
- Ensure that each seller’s documentation aligns with the type of products they are trading.
- **Product & Content Review**
- Check product information, images, and descriptions to ensure compliance with laws, copyright, ethics, and platform policies;
- Classify and verify regulated product categories (cosmetics, supplements, medicines, restricted goods, etc.);
- Remove, flag, or suspend non-compliant products or sellers as needed.
- **Operational Management & Reporting**
- Record and update verification results in the system following standard procedures;
- Propose initiatives to improve the quality and efficiency of the review process;
- Support the development and regular updates of internal review guidelines.
- **Cross-Functional Coordination**
- Collaborate closely with relevant departments to resolve complex cases;
- Provide feedback to enhance review processes and user experience.

**What you will need**:

- College or Bachelor’s degree required;
- Experience in content moderation, operations, legal compliance, or product management is an advantage;
- Basic understanding of laws related to e-commerce, advertising, and product safety;
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills;
- Detail-oriented, accurate, and process-compliant;
- Honest, objective, and highly responsible;
- Eager to learn and able to work under pressure.
