Currently expanding and growing, we are looking for a fun, Guest Experience Specialist to join our Fun Squad at Timezone

The Guest Experience Specialist engages guests in many meaningful experiences and will be pivotal in our guests' satisfaction and happiness.

An amazing and exciting opportunity to be involved in coming up with improvements, innovative ideas, and proposals to enhance our guests' experience

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure proper guest relations and safeguard the company's interests by resolving and taking appropriate actions on all guest complaints, issues and suggestions.
- Exceed guest expectations that yield results and positive guest feedback.
- Develop strong relationships with guests and counterparts.Additional responsibilities and duties will be assigned based on the needs of the business.
- Work closely with the Purchasing Team to perform analysis of our inventory and ensure we are utilizing our inventory effectively, purchasing the right equipment, maintaining solid inventory data, and reduce sub-rental expenses.
- Work closely with Business Operations Director and management team to set and/or implement policies, procedures, and systems and to follow through with implementation
- Other tasks as requested by Business Operations Director

REQUIREMENTS
- Creative, resourceful, and cheerful.
- Fast learner and able to work with different systems (CRM, POS backend) to review and address guests’ issues.
- Good written and verbal communication and able to interact effectively with a diverse audience.
- Able to perform in a dynamic and fast-paced working environment.
- Able to commit to 5 days work week inclusive of Saturday or Sunday and Public Holidays
- Relevant customer-facing operations experience in the hospitality sector or other relevant industries would be highly advantageous.
- Good English skills both written and speaking.
