**Tasks - Activities - Responsibilities**
- To review all drawings and necessary documents for HVAC System.
- To attaend Meetings and inspection with clients and Other desciplines related with site installation problems. To verify and review inpection check sheets prior for Inspection.
- To joints walk through and inspection with other Desciplines and clients.
- To prepare meetings with design team related with Design issues accured during inspections.
- Verify all installed equipments and accessories if Protected and secured.
- To verify all necessary test holes on installed duct Prior for air volume check.
- To do self check before site inspection together with QM and subcontractors.
- To check all necessary check sheets for motor run test For Air
- Handling Units and Ventillation Fans.
- Check all Air Handling Units and Ventillation Fans Electric motors, Belts and Pulleys and grease.
- Our job performance is within the framework of the BV Quality Assurance System, QHSE policy, Codes of Ethics and BV Group’s policies and procedures.
- Basic engineering degree and minimum fifteen (15) years of working experience in the oil and gas industry of which ten (10) years must be in the offshore with similar project in a similar and equivalent role.
- Familiar with onshore fabrication or offshore installation sites or at vendor's works, relating to inspections, fabrication, installation, testing and hook-up & commissioning of the oil and gas facilities.
- Inspectors for source inspection shall be familiar with the equipment/packages assigned and shall have a minimum of five (5) years’ experience in inspection and testing of similar equipment.
- Qualified welding, NDT and painting certificate such as CSWIP, AWS, API, PCN, NACE, etc.
- A deep understanding of QA/QC related regulations, data sheet, codes and standards such as AWS, ASME, BS EN, API, ASTM, DNV, NACE, ISA, ANSI, IEEE, NEMA, etc.
- ISO 9001, ISO 9000, ISO 9004, ISO 10005 Quality Management Systems.
- Proficiency in English speaking.
