- Ensure smooth and efficient production of the beverages all times
- Ensure an extremely detailed presentation of the beverages
- Collect beverage and general store requisition
- Take orders and serve drinks of any guest seating at the bar counter
- Ensure proper bar set up as well as work station organization as per given guidelines
- Ensure excellent communication within the team
- Ensure bar display is consistent with the MGallery Brand Standards
- Other duties as assigned by managers.
