C&b Manager

**Mô tả công việc**:

- Responsible for delivery of all Compensation & Benefits activities in compliance with the Vietnam labor law and Company policies.
- Partner with Heads of BUs and support HR Heads to design and implement compensation, benefits, and recognition programs that drive the achievement of business objectives/results and in compliance with legal requirements.
- Plan, define and validate an overall C&B strategy for the Company.
- Coordinates compensation processes like staff-cost planning, and incentive scheme development.
- Conduct salary market surveys and compensation data analysis.
- Contribute & manage to developing a yearly calendar of wellbeing strategy and wellness events;
- Assesses the effectiveness of current programs in achieving organizational objectives; identifies best practices and benchmarks; and develops recommendations for modifications to align to HR strategy and business goals.
- Supports the development and integration of new and/or existing rewards programs, policies and procedures to ensure that programs are market competitive, internally equitable, and cost effective
- Coordinate to perform labor issues or disciplinary processes if any violation of company regulation or requirements.
- Leads the rollout, communication, and ongoing administration of new and existing compensation & benefits programs and policies
- Responsible for budgeting and tracking.
- Building and maintaining HRIS
- Other tasks as required by Line Manager

**Kinh nghiệm / Kỹ năng chi tiết**:

- Bachelor’s degree and above, preferably major in Human resource/Business Administration/ Law or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in C&B (middle-manager & up), being familiar with HR software is plus.
- Solid knowledge in Labor Law and general HR knowledge
- Strong analytical thinking and solution provider
- Detail-oriented, honest, well-organized, team-work
- Well communication skills in writing, listening and speaking
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
