**The team**

Hitachi Digital Services Vietnam is part of a 300 strong global delivery network, supporting Hitachi Digital Services around the globe. Our employees collaborate with teams in Japan, India, Portugal, and the US, servicing customers worldwide and working on a huge variety of projects. From cloud migration to digital modernization and advanced analytics, offering operational excellence, agile delivery, and plenty of energy to work on huge transformation projects for our customers.

**The role**
- Work closely with Project manager on project financial health.
- Analysis of resource utilization.
- Support project team in project creation.
- Keep tracking and following up with relevant people on revenue forecast.
- Prepare various financial reports required by business leaders both at team level and project level.
- Analyze project revenue, cost to understand variances, trends against the budget, and review variances with leadership.
- Fulfill requests from Practice leaders, relevant stakeholders.

**What you'll bring**
- Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance, fresh graduates with less than 2 years of full-time work experience are welcome to apply.
- Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
- Strong Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI skills.
- Fluency in English both written and oral.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good problem solving and analytical skills.
- Willing to learn and take challenges.
- Good organizational skills.
- A strong sense of responsibility and autonomy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
