The Makeup Artist represents the artistry and refined style of the brand, responsible for delivering personalized makeup services, consulting on premium products, and creating a luxurious experience for each customer.

You also play a key role in training and developing the sales team to uphold the brand’s high service standards.

1. Premium Makeup Services
- Skillfully use company products to deliver an optimal experience.

2. Product Consultation & Sales
- Training the sales team ways to introduce and recommend products that suit the customer’s needs and style.

3. Event & Brand Activities Support
- Provide makeup services for photoshoots, product launches, workshops, and training sessions.
- Collaborate with the Marketing department to build a professional brand image.

4. Tool & Product Management
- Supervise the maintenance and sanitize makeup tools according to safety and hygiene standards.
- Monitor and propose restocking of products/tools when necessary.

5. Training & Team Development
- Develop training programs and materials for sales staff (basic, advanced, soft skills).
- Organize, supervise, and evaluate training effectiveness; track individual progress.
- Assess sales staff on knowledge, skills, and professionalism.
- Collaborate with departments to plan training for new products and teaching projects.
- Host workshops on skincare and makeup techniques.
- Continuously improve training content to align with market trends and brand direction.

6. Translation & Product Documentation Support
- Translate materials for training purposes.
- Assist with advertising content, and user guides for new products.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Strong knowledge of cosmetics, skincare, and makeup techniques.
- Skills in training, coaching, and staff evaluation.
- Professional demeanor, high aesthetic sense, excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in teams; familiarity with luxury brands is a plus.
- Languages: English & Vietnamese
