Principle duties:

- Procedure development and management tools
- Forecast
- Analysis and reporting
- Development and management of the budget process

**Responsibilities**:
Procedure development and management tools
- Develop and implement reporting tools for senior management.
- Define the main directions of KPI to implement, and as part of the reporting for senior management.
- Designing project controlling dashboards activity (weekly, monthly or quarterly).
- Establish and improve the procedures for managing the flow of financial information: ensure reliability.
- Ensure compliance with SPS Group standards, definitions and reporting procedures.
- Participate in the definition of information flows,

Forecast
- Participate in setting goals.
- Achieve economic and financial studies.
- Forecasting monthly & year-end based on the events of the adjusted current period budgets.
- Build the main DWH financial statements of 3 years projecting current business results, estimates of the current year and the strategic objectives set by senior management.

Analysis and reporting
- Collect any information that may influence the outcome of the business; translate into financial items.

- Define procedures and budget planning should be applied by non-financial business.
- Collect, analyze and synthesize data from the other departments and cost centers.
- Budget control and warning overspend/underspend timely

Others
- Support operating departments in CI to contribute saving result
- Assist CEO, prioritize his requests, understand business and numbers and support managers

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
** Education and experience
- University Degree or above in finance, engineering or international business
- 2 to 4 years of work experience in Business Process Outsourcing with financial background.

** Soft-skills:

- Strong verbal and writing skills in English & Vietnamese.
- Details focused with big picture thinking capabilities. Problem solving approach.
- Active listening and ability to share information easily, good communication style.

** Hard-skills:

- Proficiency in Excel, Power Point, Power BI
