MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
**1. Core Role and Purpose**:
Drives company values and philosophy, ensuring all training and development activities are strategically aligned with the organization’s mission and vision.
Partners with property leadership to identify and address employee and organizational development needs.
Oversees the design, implementation, and evaluation of effective training programs to achieve desired business results.
**2. Training Program Management**:
Promotes and communicates all training initiatives to employees.
Ensures continuous training on customer expectations, brand culture, service excellence, and leadership skills.
Conducts needs assessments, observes employee service behaviors, and provides feedback or coaching.
Works closely with training teams to ensure consistent and effective delivery methods.
**3. Program Evaluation and Improvement**:
Monitors training attendance, evaluates progress, and assesses learning transfer into operations.
Collaborates with department leaders to ensure employees demonstrate strong technical and leadership skills.
Reviews guest feedback and satisfaction data to identify service improvement opportunities.
Incorporates adult learning principles and continuously updates training content and methods.
**4. Planning and Budgeting**:
Aligns training plans with key business goals and performance indicators.
Identifies skill gaps and implements programs to enhance service performance.
Participates in budget planning, manages training expenses, and optimizes resources.

- Graduating from university and higher
- Having degrees and certificates related to the profession
- Having at least 04 years working experience as the same position in 3 - 5 stars Resort/ resort
- Being perfect in presentation, proactive and an extrovert
- Being fluent in English
- Being proficient in office informatics, Resort management software
- Mastering in hospitality activities
- Being good at managing
- Having high team spirit
- Having ability to orient guests, spirit of service
- Being creative and innovative
- Having excellent presentation skill
- Arranging work and coordinating with colleagues well
