**As a Legal Intern, you will assist with a range of legal tasks including research, and drafting documents. This role provides hands-on experience in legal practice and exposure to various areas of law in the marketing field. Your contributions will be integral to our team, offering valuable insights and gaining practical knowledge in a professional legal environment.**:
**What You Will Do**:

- Handling the workload of receiving & storing hard copies (Contracts, Agreements, Appendices, PO, Acceptance Minutes, Licenses & other paperwork) for all Entities of the Company.
- Supporting Legal Team to record Contract number, CAMID, and SO number.
- Supporting Legal Team to scan files & update the big data of the Regional Team according to CAMID.
- Supporting Legal Team to closely follow up with PICs & collect back pending hard copies.
- Other tasks assigned by the legal manager.
- Support the departments as needed

**Who You Are**:

- Fresh graduates or final-year students in law-related degree
- Passionate in legal practice
- Proficiency in Vietnamese & English
- Have skills in research, in-depth research through the internet and other sources, have good communication, presentation skills, and general analysis
- Result-driven and have a good sense of responsibility as well as a strong enthusiasm
- Excellent organization and documentation skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, task management systems)
- A positive thinker, a can-do attitude, constructive, goal orientation with a teamwork mindset
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills.
