**Project** Description**:
As part of our consulting team, you will work with our customers in accompanying projects throughout their entire life cycle.
As a Project Manager Financial Services, your remit will cover implementing and supporting customer requirements in the Finastra Universal Banking Suite.

**Responsibilities**:

- Mainly keeping track and balancing the the 3 key attributes of a project/programme.
- In addition to the above:
- Leading the delivery team, managing conflict, and ensuring the teams processes and tasks are carried out efficiently.
- Identifying customer needs and overseeing service delivery within the business context.
- Manages area(s), customer(s), or team(s) of company employees with well
- defined, limited scope, including directing daily work activities/priorities, people recruitment and development, cost management, and direction-setting within the area of responsibility.
- Coaches and mentors employee direct reports. May coach and mentor non
- direct reports as needed. Manages team and individual performance.
- Monitor and ensure organizational goals and contractual commitments are met (e.g. budget/cost, service availability, responses, reports). Advise management and peers on matters of importance to area(s) of responsibility. Propose/influence direction-setting.
- Resolve/monitor customer escalations as appropriate.

**Skills**:
Must have
- 10+ years of experience
- Core banking project implementation experience

Nice to have
- Finastra Essence
- Onshore and offshore project working mode
- Agile methodology executive

**Languages**:
Vietnamese: C2 Proficient

English: C1 Advanced
