YOUR ROLE
Maintain & ensure compliance with IMS standard (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001), the GDP standard and any other applicable certifications required for all business units in CEVA Vietnam.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
**Supporting on QHSE Audit**:
IMS (QHSE) Internal audit for all products on yearly basis,
Re-certification audits from local certification bodies,
**Customer audit**: together with Product join in the customer audit and follow up with Product on the action plan for the findings until they are closed.
Supplier Management, which including yearly scheduling of Supplier assessment/ audit, as per required by regulatory and customers, including Transporters. Responsible to conduct Supplier Management (including assessment and audits to be performed on identified suppliers - not limited to transporters), as according to the local procedures and global directive, and in compliance to any specific customers and regulatory requirements.
Report the performance & coordinating Annual QHSE management review, including any other period Managing review required by the management.
Administer and maintain the full spectrum of CEVA central Document Control Management, including CEVA IMS document control registers, ensuring that documents are registered, updated and re-issued as requested.
Ensure new operations processes steps and flows documented in IMS (SOP/WI/Form/Control Plan) during Project implementation and meet accordance to ISO 9001, GDP, Customer and Regulatory requirement.
Support Operations in Customer Complaints, by participating in Investigations and Root Cause Analysis
Full spectrum of NonConformance Management, which include tracking, follow up and ensure completion of non-conformity report raised from internal and external audits, assisting and ensuring it is meeting quality expectation and corrective action taken is effectively implemented.
Regular site inspection (Gemba Walk) to ensure ongoing commitment to CEVA VN’s QHSE standards
Supporting relevant QHSE training needs analysis, plan compilation and training delivery
Review QHSE requirements from external customers during the bidding phase and advise SD in term of QHSE compliance
Manage and administer INTELEX G lobal QMS (QHSE platform) for local country deployment
Any job relevant to QHSE assigned by line manager.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Diploma in Environment/ Occupational Safety / Quality Assurance or equivalent.
Minimum 3-5 years working experiences in position of QHSE, especically in an logistics industry is a plus

Analytical and problem-solving ability
Creative solutions provisions
Root cause analysis methodology, 5WHY, Fish Bone, Lean Tools
Knowledge of and competence in the development of Risk Assessments, Safe Work Practices across the HSE spectrum

Good in customer engagement
Ability to interact well with all levels of employees
