The Opportunity

Job Responsibilities:

- Lead, manage, and mentor a small team of junior engineers and interns
- Actively participate in hiring activities to help expand the team
- Immediately contribute to various projects as needed, which include circuit design, layout, and validation
- Able to independently come up with solutions to address various work requirements with little supervision (e.g. resource planning, mentoring junior engineers, etc.)
- Able to organize design activities, reviews, and documentation to ensure highest quality of success and accountability
- Collaborate well with other teams and leaders across the organization
- Clear objectives, transparent communication, and high level of ownership

**Requirements**:

- BS/MS with 6+ years or PhD w/ 3+ years of experience in analog mixed-signal or RF IC design
- 3+ years of management experience leading a design team is a plus
- Strong background in circuit design, analog fundamentals, and CMOS technology
- Being well versed in basic circuit building blocks such as differential pairs, current mirrors, CTLE, VGA, etc. is a must. Proficiency in DAC/ADC/Serdes designs is a plus
- Comfortable working w/ a range of lab instruments and scripting for various data analysis
- Intimately familiar with advanced CMOS nodes and their layout requirements
- Strong work ethics and interpersonal communication skills
