- Product Management is the team that works closely with the Regional Product Team and other cross-functional partners to surface needs, prioritize, test, rollout, and iterate on products. - Analyze business pain points, leverage your technical understanding and creativity to propose innovative solutions that align with business objectives
- Develop and maintain the product roadmap that aligns with business objectives and strategy. Prioritize features and initiatives based on business value and impact
- Utilize your excellent communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa
- Facilitate discussions, workshops, and presentations to ensure clear understanding and alignment across teams
- Collaborate with business users to test new features and enhancements. Oversee feature rollouts, gathering feedback, and making necessary refinements

**Requirements**:

- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to break down complex problems and generate practical solutions
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across diverse teams
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand the broader context and impact of technical solutions on business operations
- Strong project management skills who is able to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Decent technical understanding, allowing effective communication with engineering teams
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Management or any related fields.
- Familiar with Product Management methodology (Agile and Scrum)
- Tech-savvy person who loves to experience new features and tools
