**Job Description**:
As an Executive, Merchandising Delivery, you will be responsible for supporting and implementing our NIQ merchandising solutions as well as assisting clients for technical delivery and system / solution support.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Single point of contact for clients
- Ownership of client relationship for delivery and consultancy
- Communicate with client to capture requirements for our solutions
- Communicate client requirement to appropriate internal team members
- Testing of solution to ensure client requirement is met
- Project Management post sales / implementation activities
- Engaged in training new and existing clients in our merchandising solutions
- Stakeholder engagement both internally and on the client side
- Consulting with clients to discuss ongoing enhancement
- Regular client account reviews
- Assist in sales activities in terms of preparation of proposal and credential presentations
- Ensure client service deliverables are aligned o the regional client service standards
- Regular contact with clients

While you’ve worked with global cross-functional teams, you can also put your head down and focus on independent projects. Seeing the big picture takes attention to detail. Keeping up with the fast-changing world of retail and manufacturing sectors. You know what’s happening in data and you’re ready to influence what’s next.
- Bachelor’s degree graduate or higher
- 1 to 3 years relevant working experience
- Basic knowledge of relational databases (MSSQL / Oracle)
- Space Planning/Merchandising experience
- Service Mind, Presentation available person
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
