**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Design and develop AI Agent architectures with reasoning, planning, memory, and tool integration.
- Implement and optimize algorithms to improve the performance and reliability of agents.
- Build and deploy prototypes of AI Agents into real-world workflows.
- Conduct research and experiments to explore new approaches and improve agent intelligence.
- Work independently while aligning with the product and engineering goals.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related fields.
- 3-5 years of experience in AI/ML (research or applied).
- Proven experience in building real-world AI Agents is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with algorithms, data structures, and academic foundations in AI/ML.
- Proficiency in Python and familiarity with frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Ray, etc.).
- Strong logical and analytical thinking skills, with the ability to break down complex problems, design structured solutions, and validate them systematically.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership of projects and carry out research-driven tasks.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS) and RAG pipelines.
- Contributions to open-source AI or agent frameworks.
- Knowledge of multi-agent systems, knowledge graphs, or reasoning frameworks.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps practices.
