Pre-sales Engineer

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Attend industry conferences, seminars, and events to stay updated on market trends and expand connections with customers/partners.
- Represent the company's image at relevant events to introduce the company and its solutions to appropriate audiences.
- Identify potential customers. Coordinate with relevant departments including finance, legal, technical, and construction to ensure the screening of customers that meet the company's criteria.
- Provide solution consultation and conduct preliminary surveys to provide information to related departments within the company for design and commercial planning.
- Propose solutions and present to customers.
- Build and develop strong connections with customers. Understand customers' decision-making processes to appropriately and effectively influence them.
- Work directly with the Sales Manager to convert opportunities into contracts. Negotiate contracts.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitive landscape.
- Manage Project Pipeline to ensure projects are developed within budget and deadlines.
**Additional Requirements**:
- Understanding of the solar energy market trends and competitor landscape.
- Experience with solar energy project bidding and proposal preparation (a plus).
- Excellent technical writing and layout drawing skills for preparing proposals and reports.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for customer meetings (may be required).
**Desired Skills**:
- Experience with solar monitoring and data analysis software.
- Knowledge of different inverter brands and models.
- Experience working with local EPC contractors or PV/inverters installers.
**Working hours**: Monday - Saturday (5.5days)
Pay: Up to 23,000,000₫ per month
