Role Summary
We are looking for an Employer Branding & Communications Specialist to help tell Astraler Technology's story to our team and the wider world. Your role is to create simple, clear, and engaging communications that promote a positive work environment and position us as a great place to work. You will develop internal communication strategies, enhance our employer brand, and create content that reflects who we are as a company.
Key Responsibilities
❖ Communication Strategy & Platforms
Develop and deliver internal communication plans that align with Astraler Technology's culture and values.
Manage communication platforms like the company website, social media, and bulletin boards.
Work with the leadership team and managers to ensure company updates are shared effectively.
Create and edit materials such as newsletters, internal announcements, and corporate messages.
Use creative tools like videos, photos, and events to share Astraler's story.
❖ Employer Branding
Ensure the company's brand reflects its vision, mission, and values.
Build and maintain Astraler Technology's image as an employer of choice.
Work with the HR team on recruitment campaigns to attract top talent.
❖ Employee Engagement
Plan and organize events, activities, and team-building sessions to strengthen the team connections.
Lead initiatives that encourage a creative, energetic, and positive workplace.
Promote health, wellness, and sustainability activities within the company.
❖ Stakeholder Collaboration
Act as a key communication point for employee feedback and updates.
Work with external agencies to create effective campaigns that align with the company's goals.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
Requirements
❖ Education: A degree in Journalism, Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
❖ Experience: At least 2 years of experience in communications, PR, or a similar role.
❖ Skills:
Strong writing and speaking skills in both Vietnamese and English (IELTS 6.5+).
Basic knowledge of design and video tools (e.g., Canva, Capcut, Figma).
Ability to plan events and activities that engage employees.
Strong organizational and teamwork skills.
Experience in building a positive workplace culture.
