**Overall Job Purpose / Role Purpose:
**The Role
We are looking for an experienced.NET Software Engineer to join our team and contribute to our industry leading platforms. You will work closely with other Software Engineers, Test Engineers, Frontend Engineers, Product Architects and Product Owners as part of an Agile Product team to drive our platforms forward, exploring new technologies and approaches to existing challenges.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform Code Reviews for peer developers
- Contribute to building a culture of support, creativity and learning within your Agile product team and the wider Software Engineering community.
- Adhere to best practice principles for development, including source control, build, testing and deployment Being responsible for information security and data protection, and supporting the business in complying with any legal obligations imposed upon it through positive actions.

**Technical Competencies**:

- Excellent written and verbal English language skills
- Current working experience of C#
- NET MVC
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6), jQuery, AJAX
- Entity Framework Familiarity with Agile working practices

**Required Experience**:

- Ideally a Software Engineer with two or more years’ experience within their respective field.
- Experience in creation of technical documentation Backend development C#.NET

**Desired Experience**:

- Working in a cross functional team
- Database development, preferably Oracle and PL/SQL
- AWS Open source contributions
