**Job description**:
**Team Coordination**
- Collaborate with the Developer team to integrate AI solutions into Dayone’s projects.
- Work closely with other team members to address challenges and optimize AI services.

**AI Model Development & Optimization**
- Analyze and design AI models for various problem statements.
- Collect AI models from team members and integrate them into a complete service.
- Optimize AI models to enhance speed and reduce resource consumption.
- Post-process AI model outputs to improve accuracy.
- Deploy AI services in local or cloud environments.
- Ensure seamless integration with the backend team for real-world implementation.

**Quality Monitoring & Troubleshooting**
- Monitor the performance and quality of AI services.
- Identify and troubleshoot errors in AI models and services.
- Develop guidelines for incident handling, maintenance, data recovery, and standardization of operational processes.

**Research & Innovation**
- Explore new AI solutions and features to enhance project capabilities.
- Implement innovative AI-related projects.

**Data Management & Reporting**
- Collect and synthesize data for model training.
- Prepare reports and generate data queries for company insights.

**Production Support**
- Monitor and address AI-related issues in the production environment.

**Additional Duties**
- Perform tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.

**Your skills and experience**:
**Technical Skills & Experience**
- Strong background in AI/ML model development, optimization, and deployment.
- Hands-on experience with AI frameworks ( PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.).
- Proficiency in programming languages (Python).
- Experience in collecting, processing, and synthesizing data for AI model training.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS) and containerization tools (Docker).
- Knowledge of backend development and integrating AI services into production systems.
- Strong ability to troubleshoot AI model errors and optimize performance.

**Problem-Solving & Analytical Thinking**
- Ability to analyze complex AI problems and design effective solutions.
- Experience in post-processing AI results to enhance accuracy.
- Ability to monitor AI service performance and identify production issues.

**Collaboration & Communication**
- Strong team coordination skills to work effectively with developers, data engineers, and backend teams.
- Ability to document and communicate AI processes, troubleshooting steps, and maintenance guidelines.
- Experience in reporting AI performance metrics and insights.

**Innovation & Research Mindset**
- Passion for exploring new AI solutions, features, and methodologies.
- Ability to implement innovative AI-related projects.
