As a captain of the Jupiter project, the Manager drives and directs Cho Tot to penetrate the real-estate brokerage market successfully and continuously strengthen its position in the market over time. This role also undertakes a mission of delivering tech-enabled solutions, backed up by advanced technology and big data of Cho Tot to address pain points of the real-estate brokerage market, and differentiate Cho Tot’s service from its traditional players. By accelerating closing transactions, Jupiter manager leads the project contributing to reform the real-estate sector of Vietnam to a new height with better transparency and efficiency.

**Responsibility**
- Identify underlying problems and underserved demand of the brokerage market; Design processes & solutions to address and capture potentials by a deep understanding of the brokerage market - with the help of technology and analytics.
- Collaborate and coordinate with key stakeholders, government and private legal & cadastral firms to build up a strong foundational network and relationships necessary for the business.
- Lead Jupiter project team throughout an end-to-end process from planning, prioritizing to executing business initiatives; Oversee overall performance of the Jupiter project team to ensure achieving KPIs of milestones set for the project
- Lead the development and optimization of management systems for both internal and external usage purposes (eg. CRM, Agent Management System, etc) which enhance operational efficiency and ease performance monitoring.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Legal, Finance, etc to build effective and lean processes for agents and customers when it comes to proceeding relevant procedures and paperwork.
- Inspire the team to dream big and innovate to delight users while fostering a culture of continuous improvement through mentoring, feedback, and metrics.
- Perform other tasks as required.

**Required experience and skill set**
- In-depth knowledge or obsessed about real-estate market and real estate brokerage market
- Strong stakeholder management skill, experience in communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels across multiple business units
- Leadership - leads a team of intelligent minds, creates a healthy and motivating work environment
- Ability to operate in a self-directed culture and has comfort in navigating uncertainty
- Tenacity & Resilience - demonstrates tremendous determination in working toward a goal without letting temporary setbacks derail.
