**JOB DESCRIPTION**

We are looking for a graphic designer who:

- Uses visuals to tell compelling stories.
- Believes in the power of design to influence minds, decisions, and behavior.
- Has multidisciplinary experience across various creative formats.

In this role, you will develop creative concepts and design high-impact visual materials for clients in International Development**,* including the Asian Development Bank**.*

**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Interpret and execute creative briefs in English.
- Develop and implement creative concepts.
- Design and produce multimedia and visual assets (e.g., videos, infographics, posters).
- Manage and collaborate with freelancers or creative teams as needed.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Up-to-date Creative Portfolio (online or PDF) reflecting a minimum five years of relevant design experience including conceptualization and production of:

- Publication layouts
- Websites
- Infographics
- Slides
- Proficient with the Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Experience managing creative processes involving freelancers or teams of designers.
- Sufficient English comprehension skills to read and understand a creative brief.

**DESIRABLE SKILLS**
- Degree in fine arts, communications, journalism, or related discipline.
- Design experience for B2B marketing, NGOs, or international development organizations.
- Illustration, motion graphics, video, and brand design experience.

**EXPECTED QUALITIES**
- Able to work on multiple simultaneous projects.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and strategic in handling deadlines.
- Team player who knows how to work and collaborate with freelancers and other specialists.
- Willing to either manage at a high level or get hands-on with projects as time, resources, and technical skills allow.
